Working as a husband and wife team, Kyle and Linda have been researching the state of training within the business aviation community. The effects of standardization have become increasingly clear…..training has simply become a rote exercise focused on passing check-rides and meeting minimum standards. Combining their knowledge of education and aviation, they have devised a process by which training can once again become meaningful, proactive, and engaging. They are calling for a return to learner centered education and a renewed emphasis on practical training.
